Two downgrades, one week, same red flag: Netflix is losing the room to YouTube.
- Wells Fargo -> Underweight (9/18), PT cut to $57 from $80. Report title: "Engagement Risk." Viewing per subscriber down ~8% adjusted for the password crackdown; Top 100 Originals projected -21% YoY in H2. Stock fell 5% that day.
- HSBC -> Hold (today), PT cut 21% to $76. Reason: YouTube hit a record 14.2% of US TV time while Netflix fell to 7.8% -- its lowest share in years.

Two firms, a week apart, converging on the same measurable problem -- not a vague valuation call. Stock's already slid from $77.90 to the low $70s on real volume.
The catch: Wells Fargo's $57 implies real further downside (~22%); HSBC's $76 is barely above current levels. They agree on direction, not size -- and a strong Q4 slate could flip this fast.
