1. The Service

Apes Alpha provides quantitative research tools, market data visualizations, historical statistics, screeners, and related analytics for informational and educational purposes. Features, data coverage, and availability may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Not financial advice

The Service does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to pursue any investment strategy. All content is general in nature and does not account for your personal circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance.

Historical statistics and backtested results describe the past and are not a forecast or a guarantee of future performance. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting on any information you find here.

Conflicts of interest. The operator of this site may hold, buy, or sell positions in securities that are discussed, referenced, or tracked by strategies described on the Service, before, during, or after related content is published or updated.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws that apply to you.

4. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential.
• Accounts are for a single user. Do not share your login or let others access the Service through it.
• Notify us promptly at info@crowdedsqueeze.com of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan features are shown at checkout and on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details. By subscribing you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until cancelled.
• Fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.
• We may change subscription pricing; changes apply to the next billing period after we give notice.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade access until the balance is resolved.

6. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review it in good faith.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download data or content except through features we expressly provide;
• resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly display the data or content, or use it to build or train a competing product or dataset;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying models;
• circumvent access controls, rate limits, paywalls, or usage restrictions;
• share account credentials or exceed the seat count you paid for;
• interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service for anything unlawful or to infringe the rights of others.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, charts, compilations, and original analytics, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal or internal business use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Third-party data & services

The Service incorporates data from third-party and public sources (for example, exchange and index prices, regulatory filings, and volatility data). That data may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted, restated, or inaccurate, and is provided subject to the terms of its originating sources. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data and are not liable for errors in it. The Service also relies on third-party providers (such as Stripe for payments and our hosting and email providers) whose own terms and policies apply.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT AND DATA ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APES ALPHA AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THAT PERIOD OR (B) USD $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Algorithm Services LLC, its members, and its employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 2, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 15) will survive.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims court.
