This Privacy Policy explains what information Algorithm Services LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Apes Alpha website and services. By using the Service you agree to this Policy and to our Terms & Conditions.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We store only what we need to manage your subscription (for example, a customer and subscription ID, plan, status, and renewal date).
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We use a limited amount of first-party analytics to measure traffic and feature usage. These analytics run on our own servers; we do not use third-party advertising or tracking networks, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers. Our analytics record the IP address, page, referring page and timestamp of each request, which we use to understand how the Service is used and to detect abuse. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Service (including logging in) may not work without them.
We send transactional emails that are necessary to operate your account; these cannot be opted out of while your account is active. Any research digests, newsletters, or product announcements are optional — you can unsubscribe using the link in those emails or from your account settings.
We share personal information only as follows:
We keep account and subscription data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. Aggregated or de-identified usage data that cannot reasonably identify you may be kept longer. You can request deletion as described below.
Server and analytics logs, including the IP addresses described in Sections 1 and 4, are retained indefinitely unless you ask us to delete them. If you would like the log entries associated with your IP address or account removed, contact us using the details below and we will delete them.
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can update most information from your account settings, or contact us at info@crowdedsqueeze.com and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
The Service may link to third-party websites and data sources. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; review their policies before providing information to them.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
